Ascot victory

Tonight's 125cc Intermediate
battle at Ascot Park featured 12
top riders, with several of them
having the potential to take tbe
overall victory. John Posca was the
12.scc Junior Champion in the summ series, which wrapped up last
ek. Poscaaccumulated the required
hints to advance LO the Intermediate
class and tonight was his first race in
th'at class. As it turned out the magic
\.J~sn't working for Posca, who placed
i!li 10th: A match race formed between
O'ln Hovis and Mike Magallanes,
with both riders ending up with three
points, yet it was Hovis who claimed
the overall win due to his final-molO
vicLOry.
