In the Open Expert dice, Jack Franklin won the $50 top prize, while Bryan Poulos won $30 and Bill McClinton picked up $20 for respective second and third place finishes. B.A.R.F. officials introduced a new innovation to motocross today. It is one that we would certainly like to see more clubs and promoters adopt. In addition to all of the regular divisons within classes, B.A.R.F. established separate divisions for riders who had raced less than five times previously.• Also, separate divisions were set-up for riders who had never raced before. This practice, which B.A.R.F. intends to con tinue, takes a little longer in classifying entrants, but certainly adds to track safety and affords beginners the opportunity to compete with other riders of comparable experience. • finished his moto - last, but the crowd approved.
