The race this coming weekend in Salt Lake City will also be held during the daytime. Anderson said he adjusted with a little help from a friend. "This morning, it was an early wake-up, that's for sure," Anderson said. "It's something we're not used to in supercross. But actually, last night, Zach Osborne has a motorhome out here, so I stayed with him in the motorhome last night, and was able to sleep in until right when track walk was. So it was not that bad, but defi- nitely I like when we're able to sleep a little later." ZERO TO HERO Kyle Peters slipped and fell on the ice outside the new US Bank Stadium last weekend in Minneapolis and blew out his left knee. "All week leading up to this, going to doctors, they told me it was my ACL and MCL, and I was just devastated," Peters said. "Just, 'C'mon, no, I can't go out like this.' Then Thursday, it was just, 'We'll see what we can do. I'll get my flights and we'll see what can happen.' I struggled all day with my riding, and I think the LCQ actually helped me out a lot with keeping me warm and keeping me go- ing," Peters said. "It's truly a blessing to even be up here." The only other time Peters got a podium was at India- napolis in 2013 on a privateer Honda, where he finished just 2.5 seconds behind Marvin Musquin in front of eventual champ Wil Hahn. Peters is planning to finish out the season with the race in Las Vegas in two weeks, then get his knee repaired. Briefly...
