started near the front. The only
problem was that Marvin Mus-
quin (Red Bull KTM) started in
front of him.
It was actually Christian Craig
(Honda HRC) who grabbed the
holeshot, but he jumped off
now needs only to finish 16th place
or better in Salt Lake City this
coming weekend to clinch his first
450SX championship, and the first-
ever 450SX title for Husqvarna.
And keeping with the Husqvarna
successes, Anderson's teammate
Zach Osborne got his starts sorted
out in Foxborough and got the
holeshot in both his heat race and
the main event, leading every lap
of racing on his way to his third win
of the 250SX East series, extend-
ing his points lead to 15 with just
one round left to run, in Las Vegas
in two weeks' time.
450SX
Eli Tomac (Monster Energy Ka-
wasaki) came into Foxborough
on a streak, having won the two
previous rounds of the Supercross
Championship. He was fastest
during daytime qualifying, and
came up just short of winning his
heat race, thanks to a smart move
by Justin Barcia (Monster Energy
Yamaha) to hold him on the outside
