VOL. 54 ISSUE 21 MAY 31, 2017 P41 HUSQVARNA INTRODUCES TE 250I FI TWO-STROKE A fter KTM introduced the world's first production fuel-injected two-stroke enduro bike—the 2018 KTM XC-W 250 TPI—Husqvarna has unveiled its version of the TPI, the TE 250i. For Husqvarna, the 2018 TE 250i is all new, including its new fuel-injection system that features in- jectors delivering the fuel mixture downwards into the transfer port, like its KTM brother. It also features an oil pump and oil tank (no more premixing), a 39mm throttle body, new EMS, adjustable mapping, a translucent fuel tank (with integrated fuel pump), and a new intake snorkel.
