SUPERCROSS MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS SERIES, AN FIM WORLD ROUND 7 / FEBRUARY 20, 2016 AT&T STADIUM / ARLINGTON, TEXAS P48 My Own Race: 19 JUSTIN BOGLE 18 TH 450SX GEICO Honda's Justin Bogle continues to struggle in his first year in the 450SX class. This was his second race back after missing two races with an injury and he's still trying to crack the top 10. Bogle looked good at times in Texas but couldn't put it all together. "I struggled in practice, but the last practice was better, started to feel more comfortable," said Bogle. "Fortunately or unfortunately, I was in another semi and I won another one of those. I think I need to do some talking to management and restructure my contract—I need some bonuses for winning the semis! The main event I got a good start, was about fourth, got to see that pace up front. I got tight, heart rate spiked, I just wasn't too used to the pace up there. That's a good step in the right direction, getting to see that. I had a little incident at the end and I ended up going down. Clearly not the night I wanted at all, but we're making progress." 58 JAMES DECOTIS 7 TH 250SX James Decotis was a victim of a bad start in the 250 class. The GEICO Honda Team rider got out of the gate in 14 th place and started making progress toward the front. He got up to seventh where he got stuck behind Alex Martin and would finish out the race in seventh place. He's cur- rently sixth in points and wants to improve on his season- best fourth at Anaheim 1. "My night was okay, I finished right where I qualified," said Decotis. "I felt a little bit off today, not exceptional. I had a bad start on this track and it cost me. You start in 14th on this track, it's hard to make ground." 14 COLE SEELY 4 TH 450SX HRC Honda's Cole Seely was another marque rider who had to qualify through a semi. It was his first time that he had to ride a semi all season. Seely basically had a quiet race, starting off in fifth then getting around Mike Alessi for fourth where he stayed for much of the race before Jason Anderson got him five laps from the finish. "It would have been nice to get on the podium again, but we'll go for it again next weekend," said Seely. "It could be easy to get down on this one, but we're fourth in points and I'm feel- ing solid right now. I'm ready for next weekend in Atlanta." Seely finished second last week in San Diego and has fin- ished on the podium three times this year.
