disappointed that he came up
short here in their personal duel.
That meant it was all down to
the third race in a true "winner
takes all" showdown, with the
two pairs of riders lining up next
to each other off the gate. All

have seen riots in the crowd if it
had worked out. Instead Febvre
saw it coming and neatly swung
back inside, maintaining his
lead, which he saw out to the
end.
Musquin backed up his first
race effort with another impres-
sive ride, passing his long-time
rival Martin in the process. For
those two, this event was just an
extension of their 2015 Lucas
Oil Pro Motocross season, and
while Martin came out on top
then, Musquin wouldn't be de-

hand to help out the U.S. team.
