accepted the gift and sprinted
off to another big win. On the
last lap, Dungey's bike stalled
again, this time costing him four
positions, resulting in a disas-
trous sixth in the moto. Ouch!
When Tomac pulled the hole-
shot in the second moto, not
even Dungey, who started off in
second, could do anything about
it, even on, this time, a healthy
bike. Tomac dropped the field
like he did at Hangtown, but this
time by only 23 seconds over
Dungey (compared to the 1:30
he beat Dungey by in the sec-
ond moto last week). Defending
champ Ken Roczen finished
third in the moto, 32.9 seconds
in back of Tomac. As you can
see, no one was close. In fact,
the top riders were well spread
out, with fourth-place Justin Bar-
cia over a minute behind Tomac.
"We had a good race in the
first moto," Tomac said of the
first moto. "I was eating some
roost. We were pushing each
other and I had some good sec-
tions of the track, he ended up
stalling his bike and I was able to
sneak around him. That made it
Marvin Musquin (25) says he likes
the Glen Helen track and it showed.
He came from behind to win both
250 motos.
