forth with the guys and we kind
of settled into a pace that was —
for what I thought it was going to
be — extremely high! It was su-
per-fast; it was like full moto for
the first three laps, probably. Ev-
erybody was pushing really hard
and it really opened the track
up. It was pretty hard, once we
settled in, to push beyond that
first sprint pace to where we'd
catch anybody.
"I struggled a little bit with
Briefly...
tends to get a little more open and
faster than normal. I think I would be
disappointed [not to come back]. I
think I've won both times I've been
here and it's a fun place to come to."
The upcoming OMA round — The
Buffalo Run in Sturgis, South Da-
kota, on July 25-27 — will be run
a little different than regular OMA
races. Since it's so close to the an-
nual biker rally, which is, of course,
