LUCAS OIL AMA PRO MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP VOL. 51 ISSUE 23 JUNE 10, 2014 P81 said. "It was a cool place, a very enjoyable track. The track had a lot of cool jumps, which always makes the race more enjoyable." Bound To End Jeremy Martin finished the first moto in Colorado the same way he's finished every other moto this year: with a win. However, Martin admitted that he has been lucky to be able to get the holeshots at the first two rounds and be out front right away, however, in the first moto at Lakewood the Yamalube/ Star Racing Yamaha rider proved he can come from behind and win, taking his fifth straight moto victory in the opening 250 moto of the day. "I didn't get off to the best start, but I just started picking off riders and I was able to do that, then Nel- son made a mistake and went off the track and I was able to take the lead," said Martin. In moto two, Martin had a rela- tively slow start, finishing lap one in seventh, and then he bobbled on lap nine which dropped him back to ninth, leaving him in a hole that was difficult to recover. "I was kind of slow on the first lap of the second moto, but once I got my groove I started to make a move," said Martin. "I switched a line up and unfortunately I lost the front and went down. "I want to win, and I was where I wanted to be at the start of the season and I think it took a little bit Jessy Nelson has been tearing it up lately. In Colorado, he led much of the first 250 moto before a few mistakes dropped him back.
