did, and he's been killing it all
year and showing that there's
been potential to win on that
motorcycle. I promised myself
when I got back into position to
win again after [coming up just
short in] Senoia that I would do
everything I possibly could to
seal the deal. Everything just
came to fruition tonight. So, big
thanks to my team. They got
me dialed in from first practice
on. We were fast all day and
just had a good feeling again. I
couldn't be happier."
The same could not be said
for Daniels. Both riders scram

bled up through the pack with
what time they had. Bauman
made it all the way to third, fin

him up. Rather than glide up the
track as Bauman presumed, the
Yamaha man hugged the inside.
As a result, the RWR pilot col

said. "I wanted to be the first
one to do it, but obviously, Briar

things boring, it made them
even more eventful. As it turned
out, Monday's full night was just
the appetizer for what was to
transpire on Tuesday.
Reverting back to the conven

was only one chance to get it
right. While Robinson leapt out
to the early lead, Daniels and
Bauman simultaneously closed
in on him, each one attempt

ing to find a way into the lead
before the other could manage
to do so.
Contrasting lines seemed to
present a shot to do just that;
however, Bauman misjudged
Daniels' trajectory while execut

the Singles pack
en route to victory
Tuesday night.
