the podium. I was just happy to
be in the mix."

race we were feeling fairly good, but
I messed up the start and wasn't far
up front. I made some passes and a
couple of riders crashed, and I was
able to come home in fourth place in

have passed one more rider I would
have finished on the overall podium."

Throughout a wild night in Texas, Haiden
Deegan managed to improve with each
main to finish eighth overall with 15-5-4
scores. "I had a super fun time at my first
Triple Crown. I had a little bit of an unfor-
tunate first race, but we are continuing to
learn, which is the goal."

4TH 250SX EAST (5-9-2)
Red Bull KTM's MXGP transplant Tom
Vialle finished fourth overall (5-9-2) in his
third Supercross start. The reigning MX2
World Champion said, "In the first race
I was P5, but struggled a little bit with
the start on the second one and finished
ninth. The third race was much better,
finishing second in that one and I was
really close to the winner at the end, so I
was happy. We've made good improve-
ments in these past weeks. We're get-
ting closer and fourth is a positive result."
