MV Agusta 921 S Concept
CONCEPT
fiber cover, spokes and forged
alloy rims, exhausts that exit
under the motor and a super-
cool front brake duct that
allows for extra cooling to the
calipers.
The handlebars are raised
clip-ons that take design cues
from the 1973 original, and the
tail unit is crafted to make it
easy to switch from a single-
seat cafe racer style to a two-
seater.
As for the engine, the inline
four delivers 115.5 horsepower
at 7000 rpm, with 86 lb-ft of
torque. There's also revised in-
take ducts and new camshaft
profiles for a more progressive
throttle response, and a coun-
terbalancer reduces second-
ary vibration. The conrods and
pistons are specific to this mo-
tor, as are the throttle bodies
and injectors.
We will not be seeing this
MV Agusta 921 S Concept
next year as a 2023 model,
but with KTM's purchase of 25
percent of MV Agusta recently,
we'd expect to see this as a
2024 model.
