Former 125 National Champi- on Mike Brown swept all six mo- tos to claim titles in the 40+ and Masters+ division en route to the Top Senior award. "Brownie" topped Kris Keefer (2-2-3) and Shane Kelleher (6-3-2) to win the 40+ title, and John Grewe (2-2-2) and Barry Casten (3-4-3) to top the Masters+ title. Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha's Haiden Deegan and Daxton Bennick faced off in the Schoolboy 2 (12-17) B/C class in a showdown that was one of the must-see events of the week. Deegan was unstoppable en route to a 1-1-1 moto sweep of the class to claim the national title, while Bennick went 2-2-2 for second. four moto wins out of six races. Three riders were tied for the lead heading into the final moto of the Schoolboy 1 (12-17) B/C class: Cochran (3-1), Rock River Yamaha's Logan Best (2-2), and KTM Orange Brigade's Noah Stevens (1-3). Cochran overcame two crashes in the final moto to come from behind to pass both Best and Stevens and claim the moto win and the national title with a 3-1-1 score. Stevens went title at the Ranch, going 4-1-3 to beat out Monster Energy Ka- wasaki Team Green's Preston Boespflug's 2-5-2 performance by a single point. KTM Orange Brigade's Matti Jorgenson went 1-8-7 for third overall.
