second win in a row but this time
he gained some ground on Ryan
Villopoto.
(Below) Eli Tomac was amazing
in the first 250 moto but couldn't
repeat in the second. His 1-2 still
gave him the overall win, though.
"I kind of got held up in the first
turn of that first moto," Dungey
said of his moto. "[Justin] Brayton went down in front of us, and
I tried to go inside but the bank
was there so I had to kind of wait
a little bit. I put in a hard charge
and moved up near the front, I
couldn't really tell what place I
was in and I thought I was leading at one point. I saw Shorty in

just trying to build back up. I know
I need more speed, I need all that
stuff, so we'll just continue to build,
but this is a good stepping-stone."
"It's been a big transition for me,
for sure, the format in the pros is so
much different," Cianciarulo said
of the amateur-to-pro transition.

you're there all week, as opposed
to these races where you show up
Saturday morning and you're done
by five-o-clock. It's definitely a very
fast pace and all these riders, I
mean they're doing it for a living,
so when you pass someone they're
