negative four, so I knew he was
leading. He was riding good, but
I finally got by him and took the
win."
In moto two, Dungey fell in behind fast-starter Villopoto on the
first lap and pushed the Kawasaki rider for half of the race before
dropping off the pace and settling into a safe second, knowing
his 1-2 would give him the overall
win.
"We made some points up
today and it was nice to get the
overall," said Dungey. "It was a
tough day for everyone and to
be honest we just as easily could
have been in Villopoto's situation
of having to come from behind.
