in moto two, Barton jumped out front with the holeshot, just edging Taylor, with Jackson, Melanson and Boonehard trailing. On lap one, Barton jumped out to a three-second lead while Taylor and Jackson scrapped for the runner-up spot. Jackson then experienced bike problems and dropped out of the race. Taylor kept Barton in sight until the halfway point of the lO-lap race. As Barton slowly pulled away, Taylor tried to keep in touch, but he fell on the sixth lap.
