As this was adve rt ised as a "C -ride r-frie ndly" course, all the competito rs were expecting an easy run, but with rain two days prior to the event . the enduro turned into a test of will and skill. For some, th is was a big mistake going into what was later described as the "Death March" section, where many rider s houred out.
