it was Honda Yamaha of Redlands/LK Pertormance/MSR/Thunder Alley Exhaust Systems/Carole's Auto Repair Service rider Sam Ramirez earning the top honors. In the first moto, Mission Yamaha's C.T. Falk shot out with the holeshot and never looked back, eventually taking the moto win. Ramirez gated well and worked up to a second-place finish. just in front of Stephen Watson, Gary Harada and Rudy Chavez. In moto two, Falk again ripped the holeshot, only this time Ramirez was right behind him. Falk led for most of the way, but Ramirez was right there, stalking him the whole time. Just before the white flag came THE :iTH ANNUAL 4aOURS OF ----- • • •11 Qut, Falk made a minor mistake, and Ramirez capitalized and took over the point. Falk made a couple of late pass attempts, but none of them would stick. and Ramirez took the moto win. Harada was third, Chavez fourth and KTM rider Ken Leybourne fifth. On the day, a 2-1 tally for Ramirez was good for the overall class win. Falk (1-2) was the best of the rest, while Harada (4-3) took third. Watson (3-6) came in fourth. and Chavez (6-4) was fifth. The 125cc Pros were interesting to watch this week, as Yamaha of Troy rider Josh Hansen showed up to do battle with Team Green's Richie Owens and Yamaha pilot Eric Nye. When all was said and done, Owens topped the class with a 2-1 effort. After handily winning the first mota, Hansen was undone by a first-turn crash in mota two, and he was forced to settle for second place with a 1-3 effort. while Nye (3-2) took a well-deserved third. Josh Brown looked great in -125cc Intermediate action, and he took the overall win with 2-1 rides. Andy Darrigo (3-2) was next best in the field of 11 riders, while first-mota winner Daniel Nelson followed that ride up with a fourth place the second time out, which placed him third overall on the day. @TOVOTA IA ..,g.oUNLOP ~~ @YAMAHA ,J--"'--'----'-- ~ Simply dIe bestforyour bike.
