Roy Moffitt Customized Fueling's Rusty Moffitt finished out the first lap in fourth but quickly moved up to second on the second lap. Moffitt caught a break when Goodman tangled with another rider and fell down. Moffitt continued on his way to the front, passing Homes just before the end of the lap.
