Hoenshell blitzes Bonita HS By Ga yle Cu lpepper BONITA,TX, JUNE 13. Team Green's C1.1Y Hoensh ell may just go all the wa y. The multi-time Pro-class cha m pion made his win record a perfect eight lor eight by laking the win at the Bonita hare scra mbles event. Course conditions were perfect tha nks to just the right amount of rain on Satu rday afternoon. The course was 13.5 miles long, wh ich put th e total m ileage at 54 m iles for th e en tire eve n t. Many rid ers ran out of fuel du e to the length of ' the race. Most of the tra ils were san dy, wi th the last half mile be ing in a bo tt o m tha t s tayed soupy-muddy lor most of the day on Sund ay.
