Brewer skewers Elizabeth City
Motocross

In the seventh and next to last round of the US.
Eastern Pro-Am Spring Series, the best riders in
the region met at the Elizabeth City Motocross
Club, and Troy Brewer proved best of all in
250cc A.<:Jass racing.
The track was perfect in the first moto of the
d ay, and Brewe r domina ted the pack. Th en
mother nature decided to help out with her na tural watering sys tem, and turned the racing into
a mudfesl. Scott Ship ley (5-3) and Chris Anstead
(6- 2) came on st rong in the se ond moto, b ut '

. Brewer (1-1) finished first overall
Also, Scott Shipley was the day's Iron Man .
Shipley placed we ll in the 250cc A class and
won in th e Over 25 a nd 30 A divisions . This
