Vista MX Pipe Shootout , hosted by the Nomads
Cycle O ub and promoted by the D &. D Promotions team. the two-day even t dra wing more riders than the last five local rare; pu t together.

Gamble went down in fron t of Jon Rogers on
Sunday. Gamble was lite ra lly p lowed lik e a
speed bu mp before Rogers could d o an ything
but wipe o ut. Both rid er s scrambled back on
their machi nes to finish the race. Dylan Miles,
who w as 11th on Sa turd a y, managed to wi n
Sunday by being steady, determined and a good
crash dodger.

More excitement than most kids ge t in their
weekend was had by the Beaver brothers, where
between the two 01 them they raced in 24 separate motos. Mike took a second in 60cc Open on
Sunday, and Nick won 80cc (12-16), 80cc Open
and all motos of 12SecJunior both days.
Dale Whelan was spo t-on for the da y as he
won both Vintage Over 30 and Vintage Sportsman Nov ice on his Hon da four-st ro ke, even
pulling out in front 01 the Intermediates for his
secon d moto .
