Jorge Lorenzo in Jerez,
getting to the front at turn
one and riding off into
the distance. He is now
Yamaha's main man with
a perfect 50 points in the
championship, ahead of
Maverick Vinales (40) and
Andrea Dovizioso (26). It
was a Yamaha 1-2-3, but
with another mechanical
retirement, this time for
Franco Morbidelli on
the second Petronas
Sprinta machine; there
are worrying sings that
Yamaha's reliability woes
will come back to haunt
them.
