Kadlec cruises to Timberline

Barry Bu rke won a hotly contested 750cc Superstreet race at Willow Springs
International Raceway , but had to sit out the F-I final with mechanical gremlins.
By th o end of th o first lap Edwa rds was
a lready o n th o move and passed T inney for
fourth. and in tho doubles o n lap two too k
o ver tho th ird position. O n the same lap ,
Tinney moved back in to fourth as he over took
Eliff, and a fter tho thi rd lap Gerlo ff was soon
off the track after the double and was out of
the race and not seen o n th e track th e rest
of tho nig ht .
By lap four Hoen shell had pu lled a th reeseco nd lead o n La ngford, althoug h th ey
maintained their same positions from the
second lap to tho finis h. 'Tinney closed o n
Edwards at o ne point bu t Edwards was able
to p ull away .

second, foll owed by H oens hell, 'Tinney and
