Ron Walker and Dave Knowles bauled for a distant second, with Walker holding of[ Knowles for the runner-up spot in each race to take second overall. Action in the 125cc B class wasn't as straight forward. The first moto saw Ken Hempen and Tony Parkhill take the checkers 1-2., but the early lead belonged to high-flying Peruvian, Rasco Barta. Barta',suspension broke early in the moto and Hempen took over the lead. Parkhill grabbed the early lead in moto two, towing Hempen and Darren Morgan. Hempen got by Parkhill early, and went on to win the race. Morgan claimed second overall with a 3-2 finish, while Parkhill finished 2-3 to take third overall. The 250cc B class saw big changes from the first to the second moto. Ken Summers chased Dan Murashige throu'ghout the first moto and finally got by late in -the race to take the win. During the Senior class moto, which ran next, Summers retired early, complaining of the heat and the grueling course; he didn't return for the second 250cc moto.
