The second moto scores for these
three were exactly the same but this
time Jackman was out in front a little
further . Jackman walked off with the
first place trophy ahead of Marcell,
Thiebert and Rob Hendricks.
In the fifth race of the line-up they
combined the 125 ,.250 and 500cc
Intermediate classes . Then they just
fired them off in different rows. Micky
Dymond races as much as anyone else
that I see every week and he is either
screaming on his 125 Honda or
roaring on his Maico 250. He raced his
Honda in the 125cc Intermediate class
the time and he could of used some
more competition. Dymond took two
first place wins and was as fast as the
bigger bikes that were on the track.
Second overall in this class was Danny
Bartholomew while Jeff Chandler was
third.
David Behlings told me that his
name is ~ally spelled wrong in the
paper. Hopefully we got it right this
time. At least there is no mistake
about his winning the 250cc Expert
class tonight. Jim Rose rainchecked so
this made the class very small. ' It was a
regular match race between Behlings
and Doug Heil and the winner was
Behlings. David got him in both motos
so he took the overall win ahead of
Heil. Rick Jackson ' won the 125cc
Expert class over Tim Shelton who is
new to the track and usually roosts out
at Ascot. Scott Cavness continued his
winning streak in the 500cc Expert
class and his Suzuki overcame the
Husky that belonged to Paul Sedler.
