Six out of six wins in Grand National competition is sure a winning
record. Here's the rundown:
January 27 - The Houstan'Short Track. Won by Kenny.Roberts on a
Yamaha, and an Eagle DfT tire.

May 20 - The San Jose Half Mile. Won by Don Castro on a Yamaha
shod with Eagle DfT tires.
June 9 - The Louisville Half Mile. Won by Dave Sehl on a Harley and an
Eagle DfT tire. This was the third time in lour years Dave has won this race.
June 24 - The Calumbus Half Mile. Won by Jim Rice on a Harley and an
Eagle DfT tire. All twelve finalists rode Eagle DfT tires.
July 1- The San Jose Mile. Won by Gene Romero on a Triumph and an
Eagle DfT tire.
July 7 - The Colorado Springs Mile. Won by Kenny Roberts on a Yamaha
