Records Most impressive was tbe new record of Sonny Raslowski's Harley (pre viously mentioned) . but Harley-Davidson can now boast of two . Ed McDonald bas led in class eliminations for a long time and now bolds tbe "A" street bike elapsed time record of 11.98 . Tbe smaller bikes al so made a mark i n t be weekend's program. Bill Clark tur ned in his Cb rondex tickets and into the book went hi s name and tb e brand Honda witb an el apsed time of 17.24 and speed of 73.23 as tbe official Lions Drag St ri p " F" st reet bike record bold er . Edi tori al . • This weekend's racing was a reward ing experience. I profited by le arning tbe names and fac es of tbose willing to promote our sport and i nversely those wbo will not . Mr. C. J . Hart. manager of Lions Drag Strip. will not post tbese money awards again.
