INTERVIEW P116 2011 AMA NATIONAL ENDURO CHAMPION RUSSELL BOBBITT at the same time it's still more trail orientated. The ravine section that last section - was pretty tight and tough, and it's all a lot different from Texas. You actually came from behind and won it in that last section. That last section had some tight twisty stuff and I had a big push in that test, I greased it. That was the longest section of the day - 12 miles - and I think I ended up winning by 45 seconds. would still get sore, but it wasn't the same kind of pain. What was weird was the doctors were telling me I needed to surgery. I was like there's no way I'm going to get surgery right now 'cause it would put me out for the year. And then in Ohio, it's not that different terrain from Indiana. It's hilly, the dirt was pretty good and I was just overriding my bike, and I was making mistakes, not linking things together. That was the determining factor for why I switched to the 300 before the last round. Wyoming was big for you because it was wide open like Texas, and many thought Mullins would have the upper So talk about your reasons for switching to the 300 for Inhand. It was a faster kind of pace but diana. 12/9/11 2:27 PM
