Morgen Mischler (Cycle Craft
Yamaha/Rohde's Sales &
Service Yamaha YZ450F) got
away first in the 15-lap AFT
Singles main. Kevin Stollings
(Roof Systems/Woody Kyle
Racing Honda CRF450R) and
Oliver Brindley (Yamaha/Hayley
Yamaha YZ450F) were fighting
over second but Brandon Price
(Parkinson Brothers Racing/
DPC Racing Honda CRF450R)
was on a mission, recovering
from a bad start.
By four laps into the race,
Price had taken command.
Mischler, Stollings, Brindley and
Dan Bromley (Big Momma &
Daddy Deep Pockets/KTM USA
KTM 450 SX-F) filled out the
top five when the red flag came
out as heat winner Cole Zabala
(Chris Woodworth/Zabala Rac-
ing Kawasaki KX450F) fell in turn
three and was trapped under the
air fence.
The restart for Price was no
problem, but it was a disaster
for Mischler. He would drop
Brandon Price came away with
the Singles-class win.
