In the special test after the enduro, one of our riden, Duane Neese, crashed hard and broke five ribs. Because the use of a four·wheel drive was required, Jim Moses donated the use of his BLM truck and himself to transport ambu- lance personnel and equipment to the crash site and to move Duane to safer ground.

In search of RR I am writing in the hope that you
can give me so~e info~ation. I am very interested 10 entenng the 41Oc.c Box Stock road racing division for the 1980 season. After reading the recent Western
Hotline anicles regarding local road races, I would like to know where I can contact the AFM and/or ARRA for more information. I'd also appreciate any word you might have on a possible road course orientation class or school in my area.

You can reach the AFM at 4996 Argyle Dr., Buena Park, CA 90620, 714/'23-3892, and the ARRA at 3407 West Olive Ave., Ste. 102, Burbank, CA 9H05, 21J/842-74JJ ... Editor.
Don't forget Saeto.. , A remark in Gary Van Voorhis' fine
article on the 1980 Winston Pro Series. "Rolling Thunder, 1980" in the Feb, 15 issue of Cycle News, describe? the In- dianapolis mile as the only Dlght 11l11e on the AMA circuit. Wrong. The third annual Sacra·
mento mile, on Apr. 12 at the Cal- Expo fairgrounds will be run under the lights as it has been for the past three yean. It's the only night mile in the West, and the fint West ~0a.st outing for the Winston Pro Senes 10 1980.
Advance sale tickets will be ready
March I, with box seats selling for ~16, and reserved grandstand seats pncc;d at $14. General admission tickets WIll be sold on race night only at $9.
