Carnegie Cycle Park, in caae you miMed it, is open now, and they've involved in forming a general plan as required by California Legislature. The I,500·acre site, located on Corral Hollow Road, 15 miles southeast of Livermore and 10 miles southwest of Tracy, CA, is being reviewed by a planning team. Their plan must include an inventory of resources, a resource mangement plan, a land use plan and an environ- mental impact repon. Public input is requested at two meetings: (1) Lathrop (south of Stockton) on Monday, Mar. 10 at 7:110 p.m. at the Lathrop Community Center, Fifth and K Streets.
