li Tomac was just seven years old when AMA Supercross last visited Tampa
Bay's Raymond James Stadium in Florida, but the Monster Energy Kawasaki
Team rider rode the track as though he had ridden it many times before, en
route to his fourth win of the season and the second in a row. He did, however, have
to work for it a bit, first having to get around fast starter Cooper Webb for the lead,
then deal with a pesky Marvin Musquin, before taking over the lead for good on the
16th lap. In the remaining 11 laps, Tomac stretched out his lead to 4.53 seconds be-
fore taking the checkers ahead of the Red Bull KTM Team rider, Musquin.
