ROUND 3 / JANUARY 20, 2018
ANGEL STADIUM OF ANAHEIM / ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
P54
It took three rounds
but Eli Tomac got his
first finish and win
of the season. He's
got some catchting
up to do in the SX
championship but he
leads the Triple Crown.
In the final of three main events, Tomac again snatched the early lead, but
this time he was chased down after a handful of laps by Anderson, who led the
remainder of the race to take the win over Tomac, Brayton, Seely's teammate
Ken Roczen, Peick, Baggett and Seely.
Tomac's 5-1-2 score gave him his first Supercross win of 2018, but the third
place overall by Anderson extended his championship lead to 11 points over
Seely as the series heads to round four (of 17) next weekend in Arizona.
