P70
"It was a hard-fought series,"
said Duvall. "It's funny because I
came into the series not exactly
feeling comfortable with the
enduros, but over the season I
have come to really enjoy it, and
though I'm not exactly happy
with second overall in the series,
I feel I rode the best I could. I
just wish I could have ridden the
way I did today in the last two
rounds when I was nursing my
wrist injury."
Georgian Evan Smith, on
the Integrity Acquisitions KTM,
finished out the day third overall
for his first career podium. The
young rider steadily improved
through out the year after finish
15th at the series opener.
"I felt like I rode decent,
though I didn't feel like I rode my
best, but I scored well enough to
get my first podium, so I guess
I was riding pretty good," Evans
Evan Smith came
on strong in the
second half of
the season. The
Georgian capped
off a great year
with his first
career podium.
