had no chance of catching Kailub Rus-
sell, who had secured the win.
Kailub took the checkered flag ap-
proximately a minute ahead of Baylor.
Ricky Russell crossed the finish line
in third but was edged out by XC2 250
Pro-class winner Layne Michael, on the
Coastal Racing/Husqvarna, for third
overall on adjusted time. And that wasn't
all, Trail Jesters/KTM Racing's Ben
Kelley also squeaked passed Russell on
adjusted time to take fourth overall and
second in XC2. Russell ended up
fifth overall, third in XC1.
JCR Racing/Honda's Trevor Bol-
linger was sixth overall/fourth XC2,
finishing just three seconds behind
Russell and about a minute ahead
of Craig DeLong (Husqvarna), who
was third in XC2. DeLong edged
out Beta's Jordan Ashburn, who
had earlier in the race held the lead
by less than a second for seventh
overall.
Josh Toth (fourth XC2) and Rus-
sell Bobbitt (sixth XC1) rounded out
the top 10 overall.
Ryan Sipes withdrew from the
race with an injury, as did Josh
Strang with a mechanical.
Jason Thomas (Husqvarna) won
the FMF XC3 Pro-Am class over
Paul Whibley (Yamaha) and Hunter
Neuwirth (Husqvarna).
