Then Osborne went out and
won the second moto, his 8-1
score not only landing him third
overall, but preventing him from
losing more than one point to
Alex Martin.
"[It was] mainly trust in my
team and my faith in God," Os-
borne said. "I mean, it was just
by His grace that I finished that
first moto, and I wasn't sure at
one point, so I figured I'd take an
eighth and get some points, and
then I came out in the second
moto and I was pretty fresh since
I didn't have to ride so hard there
at the end of the first moto. I was
just feeling the track, and I had a
little tip-over two laps in, but my

ailing bike to the finish line in the
first moto, which just might've been
a title saver. (Opposite) Hometown/
track favorite Alex Martin was
second overall in the MX2 class.
