Lynch didn't bat an eye as he wen t wire-to-w ire leading Bardy and Barrick in an educa tiona l tour of the half mile ova l. Lynch al so added the 250cc Expert 'TT and half mile 10 his wi nnings. The Dodge Brothers oumumbered th e Pape's Racin g T eam two-to-one Saturda y night, and it was aga in Eddi e Dodge that lead th eway home. Wah Bell gal out behind Eddie and hung in th ere for the di stance while Bart Dodge worked hi s way from sixth place to fini sh th ird, Lenny Rodriguez kept the honor for Pape's Racing with hi s fourth place fin ish . Someone li t Don Meiner's fire as he put on quite a show winni ng the NSOTHG on the 'TT and foll owed that up by lopp ing Bruce Beatty and Richard Schroeder in the Open Ama- teu r Tf. Schroeder gal even on the ha lf mi le where he and Bob Graves dropped Meiner 10 third. SIeve Bur ford from Madera found Corona 10 his li king as he won the Open Novice TT after finishing se- cond 10 Meiner in the NSOTHG division.
