Even though Reynolds miss- ed with one race in th e six-race series, he maintains the points lead in this class as well as th e 500s. Sweetland (Open Expert ) with a new 500XC had a lour-lap finish tim e of 2.54:19,52 seconds ahead of second overa ll , first 250cc Expert Robert Todd.
