"I've been riding a lot with Ja-
son [Anderson], Ryan [Dungey]
and Marvin [Musquin] and I have
to give it up to my trainer, Aldon
Baker; he's got me in top shape
this summer," Osborne said. "I
woke up this morning with a bit
of a sore throat, and I had some
allergies, and I wasn't sure how
it was going to be today, and I
wanted to make a little charge
there on Dylan [Ferrandis], but
he was going fast."
Ferrandis was happy winning
his first-ever moto, especially af-
ter crashing out of round one at
working on Alex Martin and For-
kner when his motorcycle quit
running and he pulled off the
track with only three laps left.
Ferrandis held on to take the
first moto victory of his career in
the U.S., followed by Osborne,
Cianciarulo, Nichols, Alex Mar-
tin, Forkner and then Jeremy
Martin, who worked on Forkner
for the last few laps before being
forced to settle for seventh.
Osborne ended up winning
the overall for the second week
in a row, this time with an un-
likely 4-2 score.

Martin again grabbed a mas-
sive holeshot, but he went down
in a slick spot and handed the
lead to Ferrandis, who had Os-
borne on his heels. Cianciarulo
gated much better up in third,
but didn't seem to have much
for the pair out front. Savatgy
started mid-pack, but he worked
his way up to seventh and was
Zach Osborne won
the 250MX class for
the second week in
a row but did it this
time with an unlikely
4-2 score.
