Alex Martin, and Savatgy's team-
mate Adam Cianciarulo, who
rounded lap one in 27th place.
The other two Pro Circuit rid-
ers—Austin Forkner and Justin
Hill—were forced out of the
opening moto with mechani-
cal problems early in the moto.
Forkner especially was devas-
tated, as he had just come off
of a second-place in the second
moto at Hangtown and was run-
ning fourth when his bike quit
after only six laps.
Osborne's rookie teammate
Michael Mosiman took home
eighth in the opening moto, just
in front of Frenchman Dylan Fer-
randis (who started well outside
the top 20), and then Alex Mar-
tin's teammate Sean Cantrell.
"You know, it means a lot,"
Jeremy Martin said after winning
the first moto with a wire-to-wire
romp. "I've been very successful
in the outdoor national series.
Coming out to Glen Helen, the
track is gnarly. It's one of a kind.
I've always ridden pretty well
here."
Savatgy said that they left no
stone unturned between Hang-
town and Glen Helen.
"Me, the bike..." Savatgy said.

Circuit Kawasaki. It was a good
turnaround. We struggled last
weekend, but that's why I'm glad
