rode," Stewart said. "I'm really
bummed at what happened to
Robby. I don't like to gain posi-
tions like that, but I'm happy to
be where I'm at."
Ox Motorsports Honda rider
Zach Bell ran a good pace in
the first half of the race, but
soon ran into his own problems,
which included losing his ex-
haust header.
"It's happened before where
the bike gets really hot and it
cracks and the bolts just can't
hang onto the pipe," Bell ex-
plained. "It just rips off. I really
had to slow down and everyone
really got away from me."
He fell behind the leaders, but
did not lose any positions, hold-
ing on to fourth, which turned
into third after Bell's mishap.
Mark Samuels and Justin Seeds
rounded out the top-five, re-
spectively.
In the Pro II class, Nick
Stover had a successful run at
the front, taking the win ahead
of Chance Fullerton and Beau
Baron.
Other big winners over the
weekend include Blayne Thomp-
son in Sunday's Heavyweight
Expert class. Thompson started
Saturday's WCGP race only
to crash hard on the first lap,
damaging his Fasthouse Honda
and slicing open his elbow.
Robby Bell bested Mark Tilley
in Saturday morning's Vet race
while Gordon Ward dominated
the field in both the Senior (40+)
and Magnum (50+) classes.
