OWEN SQUEAKS OUT
MISSOURI ARENACROSS WIN
I
n Kansas City, Missouri,
February 18, for round six of
the Amsoil Arenacross Series,
it came down to a tiebreaker to
determine the overall winner,
which ended up going to Jace
Owen (TiLube/Jack Link's/
TUF Racing Honda). He and
Gavin Faith (Team Babbitt's/
Monster Energy/Amsoil Kawa-
saki, presented by AP Design)
tied on points after all was said
and done, but Faith's better fin-
ish in the final race of the night
broke the tie and gave Owen
his fifth overall victory of the
season.
Owen and Faith went
one-on-one in the RMATV/
MC Head 2 Head Challenge,
which offers a championship
point to the winner. Owen
came out on top, which would
prove pivotal later in the eve-
ning.
Faith led from start to finish
in the first of two main events,
while Owen, Chris Blose
(Rockstar Energy/OTSFF/
Yamaha, in association with
