T
he Glen Helen round of
the Lucas Oil Pro Mo-
tocross Championship
was a heartbreaker for opening-
round winner Ken Roczen. He
most likely would've scored his
second win in a row had it not
been for a late-moto mechanical
issue with his forks in the first
moto while leading the race and
being obviously much faster than
everyone else on the track. The
fork issue dropped him to fourth.
He retaliated in the second
moto, again ripping away from
everyone to take the win 20 sec-
onds ahead of first-moto winner
Ryan Dungey, who ended up
taking the overall victory with a
1-2. Roczen's 4-1 still gave him
second overall, and the RCH
Suzuki pilot retains a two-point
championship lead.
The racing, however, was
arguably more exciting in the
250MX class. Yamalube/Star
