that I wouldn't be in the way…I
wouldn't try to be in the way.
"I've been on the other side
with lappers and such, so I know
how it feels for somebody to not
get out of your way. I like Mar-
vin and have no reason to help
Ryan win the race and have me
be the problem. It sucks that it
went down like that, but I'd do it
again a hundred times in a row,
because I didn't feel like I was
doing anything wrong."
Musquin said, "When we
caught up to James Stewart,
who was a lap down, I revved
my bike when I got close to him
before the finish line, but he
kind of stayed in the way. Then
he turned really tight in the left
turn, kind of to let me by on the
outside. I went for the triple like
every lap, and I was missing a
little bit of speed out of the turn. I
think he just wanted to keep the
same speed and let me by, but a
little later on the racetrack. I still
went for the triple because Ryan
was behind him, but I made a big
mistake and Stewart was doing
another triple, and I thought he
was going to land on me, so I
switched lines. I don't know how
I didn't crash. I hit my chest, feet
off the pegs, and it was sketchy.
I went off the track and I'm glad I
saved it and I was glad I was not
on the ground. I knew Chad was
behind, but not that close to us,
so I knew I would still get second.
"Second is a great result for
me right now, but tonight should
have been a win," said Mus-
quin. CN
