et's be honest. Most camps
suck. Filled with people you
don't like, doing stupid stuff like
bushwalking in 100 degree heat,
eating old baked beans, and singing
lame stories around a tiny camp-
fire led by a creepy old guy with an
acoustic guitar and suspicious inten-
tions.
Whenever I was sent to camp,
I was sure I was being punished.
Probably was. Guess the folks just
needed time off from their ratbag
offspring. I was a crap of a kid.
But if mom and dad sent me to this
camp, hell, I'd have begged, pleaded
and probably prayed to be sent back,
time and again, until I was old enough
to start drinking. At which point I'd
come back, time and again. Because
this is no ordinary camp—this is the
Colin Edwards Texas Tornado Boot
Camp (TTBC). Y'know, the dirt track
one Rossi and Espargaro like to hang
out at. And if you've got a bucket list,
you've now got another addition to it!
