Orange Brigade KTM, ran up front
with the leaders. Baker nailed the
start and mixed it up a bit with Coo-
per Webb, Jeremy Martin and Mar-
vin Musquin before sliding out in the

Swiss rider Arnaud Tonus made his
outdoor debut at Washougal. Tonus,
who competed in the GP Champion-
ships before coming to America late

had to postpone his return an extra
week. Despite saying he's not quite
100-percent yet, Tonus came out

said Tonus. "I was really happy to
get on the podium in the first moto
because I know I can race with ev-
eryone here. The second moto was
harder as I started to get arm pump
and was fading back. I guess that is
to be expected after a long time not
racing, but I'm going to keep working
and trying to improve every week."
It wasn't a great day for the Monster
