Leon Camier (MV) then convincing double race winner. Davies now has three race wins in 2015 (the other at Aragon in Spain) and just for once things got tighter at the top this week- end. Rea now has 407 points, Sykes 282, Davies 263 and the slowly slipping Haslam 240. CN Race One: 1. Chaz Davies (Duc) 2. Tom Sykes (Kaw) 3. Jonathan Rea (Kaw) 4. Davide Giuglian (Duc) 5. Jordi Torres (Apr) 6. Alex Lowes (Suz) 7. Sylvain Guintoli (Hon) 8. Michael van der Mark (Hon) Alex Lowes had turned in as Guintoli was about to pass on the inside. Lowes was headed to the pits to retire, having another tough day. Davies had once more run clear at the front in race two with Sykes and Rea, and also Haslam sitting with them for a time, wait- ing for any mistakes from the warring Kawasaki riders. Haslam had to drop back and was passed by his teammate Torres, setting off a battle that Torres was to win for fourth place. Sykes set the best lap of the race on lap 10 of 25, on a drying track but despite some tactile moments with Rea, Laguna was all about Davies—Superpole and It was another all-British podium— (left to right) Sykes, Davies and Rea.
