both really wanting to get on the
podium. It was definitely one of

Interestingly the RoadRace
Factory team finished fifth, sixth
and seventh in Sunday's race,
with Tomas Puerta topping his
teammates Cameron Petersen

somehow managed to get by at
the same exact spot he passed

frontation left Anthony's leathers
with black marks from Herrin's

"I got him in one and he out
motored me on the back straight
going into seven," Herrin said
of his battle with Anthony. "I had
to do it going into 10. I kind of
thought maybe that he'd know
it was me there and protect the
line a little bit, but I got inside
and he didn't know and gave
